Things to Know About International Drug Rehab

International Drug Rehab is a completely voluntary instructional program about addiction and how to rehabilitate oneself. To understand our services better, there are some things that you must know about IDRAC so that you are fully prepared for what you are getting into. International Drug Rehab is a world-renowned program that is only for those who are serious about committing to their own wellness. Our waiting list is long, and if you aren’t seriously ready to change your life you shouldn’t waste our time or yours. From appointments to rules and everything in between, you will be able to find all of the important things to know right here on this page.
Education, Not Commitment
There are no strait jackets or barred windows at International Drug Rehab. Our programs are completely voluntary for those who want to attend, and all courses (or appointments) must be attended in order to complete the program. Just as if you were enrolling in a college course, you must be completely willing to be involved in the healing process. Your demeanor should be polite and professional, and you must remind yourself that no one is forcing you to be here. If you decide to leave or are required to leave because of a violation, your money will not be refunded. We follow and practice the same policies as the www.BettyFordCenter.org
You are here to learn in Panama. You will learn about addiction, treatment methods, and the best ways to deal with your disease on a medical, psychological, and spiritual level. You will attend all programs, group sessions, doctor appointments, and activities that you are scheduled to attend, or will be marked for failure to comply if you do not attend. If you do not follow the rules or refuse to participate, you could be asked to leave the program at any time, which is why your desire to be here is so important.
Privacy
Most of the people who come here are committed to their own rehabilitation. They will attend their appointments and sessions and will take in every ounce of the experience and make the most of it. The program provides complete privacy for these individuals, allowing anyone to get well without the entire world watching. There is no interruption from anyone, whether you are worried about neighbors or friends or even reporters and paparazzi. Everything that happens at International Drug Rehab is private and will continue to be that way unless you personally choose to tell people about your experience after you return home.
Relaxation is Priority #1
In order to be able to focus on your addiction and getting well, you will need to slow down. When you come to International Drug Rehab, your life will become much less hectic and you will have very little to actually do aside from attending your sessions and activities that you are scheduled for. This gives you time to reflect on your life and your treatment, and to relax and focus on getting yourself well. Our program combines traditional healing methods with natural remedies and education so that people can go back out into the world as productive members of society who live healthy, constructive lives. Due to the nature of our program, you will not be working or spending a lot of time doing anything too intensive because you should be relaxing, learning, and healing.
How It Works
Our program is a non-profit organization that has many volunteers. We are not affiliated with religious groups or other sects, and provide services to people from all walks of life. We have two- and three-person homes that you will stay in while you are here, as well as Luxury Executive accommodations for people who want the ultimate in privacy and comfort while going through the rehabilitation process. Our packages are priced on a set-fee basis and include doctors and counseling services, lodging and accommodation, activities, transport, food, and security.
We do have budget-friendly programs for patients who need them, but there are no negotiations or special discounts on our services. The package prices are set accordingly, and there is a program to suit the needs of just about any patient who comes to us. If we generate profit from any of our rehab services, those profits are used to help with our low-cost and free rehabilitation program for those who cannot afford the treatment that they need and deserve.
When you arrive in Panama, you will most likely be in a foreign country. Therefore, you will be assigned an attendant who is a native of the country to help you with everything that you might need. This person will stay with you throughout the rehab process and ensure that you are on time to appointments, safe and secure, and that you do not relapse while you are attending the International Drug Rehab program.
What Else Should I Know?
Attendance is VOLUNTARY. You are choosing to be here and should be respectful of those who are willing to help you. If you do not want to attend rehab, don’t come to IDR.
Our fees are SET. There are no discussions, no ‘deals’ or special treatment. We have fair prices that are comparable with similar programs in the state of California, and you have to pay the fee to attend.
There are group therapy sessions that you will be required to attend and participate in. There are also workout sessions in the morning and afternoon that must be attended. If you do not like either of these activities, this might not be the rehab for you.
All clients must be cleared, medically and otherwise, to attend our program. You should not make any commitments or try to carry on your home life while you are here. You are at International Drug Rehab to heal, and that’s the only thing that you should be worried about.
