Course Overview

You will have approximately 20 hours of individual and group therapy sessions weekly, including a minimum of 3 sessions on a one to one basis with our physicians. We also provide 6 hours of relapse prevention. Volcanic Mud packs and Natural Hot Springs that will change your body forever are available only in Panama.

Clients can also take some optional courses offered by our team of high trained doctors in personal development, assertiveness and presentation skills. Most of our doctors are trained by the University of Miami or Florida State University and have developed some outstanding personal programs.

Physical Training is available to our clients and is usually accomplished by our personal trainers. We have trainers that our world class Olympians that are primarily for our cleints that are professional athletes. We make these same trainers available to all our clients as requested. Our clients also have the beach at your door step and all the beach and surfing activities are available daily. Daily Jet Ski and boating is also available on private pay basis. Enjoy fishing? Try one of our night time fishing expeditions on the Pacific.

International Drug Rehab also believes in a good spiritual well being as well. Panama is basically a Christian nation however it does have virtually every religion available. A large Jewish population and Muslim population coexist peacefully and places of worship are available for every religion.

Free time in International Drug Rehab still allows time to complete assignments from doctors during therapy. You are also free to walk the beach or mountains virtually 24 hours a day. Our facilities allow you to walk for miles along the beach. You will experience some of the world most beautiful beach and sunsets.

International Drug Rehab offers some of the finest recreation activities in the world. Some of recreational activities include horseback riding on the beach or mountains, surfing, sailing boating, hot springs and fishing to name a few. On Sundays you will be chauffered around Panama to visit all the local attractions both warm and cool weather options. You will also visit the Panama canal where ships from all over the world transit 24 hours a day. The activites at International Drug Rehab are incredible!
